Most jobs stall in the gaps between trades — the grader waits on the surveyor, the concrete crew waits on the grader. We own the equipment and hold the license, so those gaps are ours to close, not yours to manage.

Excavators, dozers and loaders in our yard, run by veteran operators. Steep ground, large farms, back lots with no easy access — we can get in and finish, without waiting on a rental yard.

We fabricate and install stormwater systems shaped to the site — not a catalog part dropped in. That is what stops the erosion and the washouts that quietly destroy a property's value.

Georgia licensed general contractor, General Liability and Workers' Comp in force, and a GSWCC Level II Certified Plan Reviewer and Inspector on the team. We also hold a Georgia real estate broker license through 7 Globe Realty LLC.

Pleroma is our own community on Shoal Creek Road in Buford. Construction permits are approved. Rather than build first and sell after, we've changed the plan: lots are being offered to interested buyers now, and site work begins once pre-sale is underway.
That means the people who come in early help shape what gets built — and because the same company holds the land, the license and the equipment, you can buy the lot and have the house built without handing the project to a second contractor.
Lot sizes, layout and pricing are being finalized. Registering puts you on the list to receive the plat, lot dimensions, pricing and the construction schedule as soon as they're set — before the community is advertised generally. It is information only. There is nothing to sign and no payment involved.

Service 01
We clear, cut, fill and compact to survey elevation with our own equipment — building pads, roads, parking and drainage slopes. Large cut-and-fill and slope work included.
Service 02
Storm pipe, catch basins, channels, detention and sanitary sewer — we build the path water takes so a site stops flooding and washing out. Systems are fabricated to fit the ground, not ordered off a shelf.
Service 03
Structures taken down, concrete broken out, debris hauled off and the ground left graded and clean — ready for the next build or a sale.
Service 06
Surveys, drawings and permit packages, grading and drainage plans, lot layout — all reviewed from the standpoint of the crew that will actually have to build it. Engineering is done with partner civil engineers.
