We held the primary contract for an 82,000-square-foot department store redevelopment within the Gwinnett Mall complex. As part of our role, we developed the "Fashion and Home" retail concept, offered ownership opportunities to a business entity, and successfully closed the transaction as the buyer’s agent.
This project demonstrates our end-to-end capability in contracting, concept development, and brokerage.

We originated and led the redevelopment of a golf resort and hotel spa project, serving as the founder, investor, and president. Our involvement included creating the full business concept, launching a professional golf academy on site, and managing day-to-day operations as an owner-operator.

While the project faced unexpected challenges due to the global financial crisis at the time, we made a strategic decision to exit by transferring our ownership stake to the majority shareholder, who sought full control.

We provided early-stage consulting to a South Korean company pursuing the redevelopment of its golf course property. Our involvement focused on introducing a qualified design firm and facilitating initial concept discussions between the client and the design team.
Although we were not involved in the design execution or subsequent development stages, this project highlights our ability to identify the right resources and contribute to the foundation of long-term development initiatives.

In the early 2000s, we uncovered a new high-rise condominium project taking shape in the heart of Buckhead. Seeing the opportunity before the market caught on, we secured select top-floor units—positioning ourselves at the pinnacle of one of the area’s most iconic residential developments.
This move reflects our forward-looking vision and ability to invest early in projects with long-term prestige and potential.

Subdivision Development – Concept to County Approval (Gwinnett County, GA)

What began as a simple land sale request from the original property owner evolved into a full-scale development project under our leadership.

We initiated the subdivision concept, structured the sale directly to the current owner, and continued forward as the project developer. Taking full charge, we oversaw land planning, coordinated civil engineering consulting, and ultimately served as the General Contractor.

Our efforts culminated in securing the Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) from Gwinnett County—successfully bringing the residential subdivision project from concept to approved construction.
